Abnormal Loads

We have many years’ of experience within the movement of abnormal loads and modular building transportation, MTL moves over two thousand abnormal loads annually, providing a first-class service, as part of this service we provide all permits, escorts and route planning to ensure safe passage of our customer's products.

Musgrave Transport operates one of the largest fleets in specialist transport, on the fleet we have our own special types (STGO) vehicles which are capable of moving loads
up to 6.1m wide. We also own a large fleet of specialist low extending trailers, many specially designed and built to carry some of the largest loads and modular buildings. 

We operate a modern fleet of vehicles including 13.6m flats, flat extenders, low loader extenders and rigid vehicles for awkward deliveries, we are capable of transporting all types of buildings and have carried out transport for all the major buildings manufacturers to sites within the UK and Europe We are proud to have completed a large amount of difficult deliveries to Government official sites, MOD Bases nationally and most of the top construction companies.
